Xperia Upgrade: Transfer EVERYTHING from XZ2 Compact to ACE III Compact

I just got myself an Experia Ace III Compact (Model "SOG08") to upgrade from my existing XZ2 Compact (Model "H8314").

I've previously had issues transferring my extensive "Contacts" from old phone to new phone, partly I think because I've used differing Contacts Apps in the past (eg: "In Touch" app, standard "contacts" on Android, GMail contacts transfer, etc ).

I want to transfer everything (Contacts, Text History, Call History, plus Apps, etc,) over onto my New Ace III. What is the best method to set-up my New phone with everything from my old Phone please? (Ideally a seamless transfer onto my 5G phone.)
