Loudspeaker on calls

Hi everybody,

I've recently purchased an Xperia M2 and I've immediately updated it to

18.3.C.0.37 firmware.

I've noticed that when I do or receive a call, the external loudspeaker is on by default.

I'd want to change this, using the internal loudspeaker instead.

How I can do?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

That sounds strange. There are no settings to use the loudspeaker as standard, it should be the ear speaker that starts. Do you experience the same behaviour if you boot your phone into safe mode?

I've booted the phone in safe mode without experiencing the problem.

Next I rebooted it normally and the problem disappeared.
