please help me...

i just use it for 2 week somebody help me please....

Charge it for 2 hours,repair with SUS:

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down - This should start the repair or reformat process

i already download the SUS

n now im still waitin download n install proses still 624MB/808,4MB

can you explain why this is happen to me?

my battery before i do that download 87%power n just turn off
i tried tu push shutdown button n +volume n nothing happen...

all my apps game n another apps will gone?

or it will back like before? sorry im not good on english

instalation not complete i think
when i push continue on sony PC companion
then wont continue n i just realize my Xperia just die...

n PC wont Regonize it...

i try to reboot with volume+shutdown button for many time...
just Vibrate but nothing happen... Even LED light wont turn on

why that happen?
please teach me... so next time i will understand what should i do with my M2

SUS say instalation was complete n should Dissconect my Phone...

Just pull it out like that was fine?
because my PC wont Read My Xperia...

If SUS says it is fine,you should disconnect and it should restart.

bytheway is update now...

now i have one problem....

my device say unfortunately "Box" has Stopped...

so sad now coz many things i have to do with that apps....

can you tell me what should i do with that?

after i push "ok"

maybe 5 - 10 minutes later when i open other apps

then "unfortunately box aplication has stop" show again....

ok i'll doit later coz now my hand dirty i have some work to do...

i will tell you when i do that..
