Won't save photos or transfer files to SD card

I have been experiencing more and more problems with my phone. It won't save any photos i take, it no longer transfers any data to my SD card although there is still 12GB left, and my songs keep saying cannot play song. I am sick of this. Within the first week that i got this phone i had to take it in 4x because it kept overheating. You give us next to no internal storage, we cannot remove unwanted apps, and then i can't even transfer my stuff to my SD card? Fix this please! My camera, music as well as memory have issues!

How much free space do you have on the internal storage of your phone at the moment?

i suggest that you should use google photo to save your images. it provide about 15GB free to upload all images.

for transfer songs, if that music app doesn't support tranfer app to SD card, you can't do it.
