      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/935625"&gt;@Akmalh30852&lt;/A&gt;, welcome to our forums!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm sorry to hear about that. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.gr/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do I understand your question correctly that you don't have a network connection and you for example, can't make or receive&amp;nbsp;calls, or are you not able to use the mobile data in your phone?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can't make or receive&amp;nbsp;calls, try removing your SIM card and insert it again your phone, if there is no change when you do that, go to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Service providers, a search will now start for all service providers close to you. When the search has been completed, tap on the network that your operator uses and you should be able to register on their network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have an active mobile data connection, try downloading the internet settings in your phone.
