Phone won't turn on or system UI doesn't work

My Sony exeria m4 Aqua will not not go fully on , it goes to the blue loading screen and won't turn on. But sometimes it will turn on and only say system Ui isn't working, please help me I need my phone has important stuff I need to access .

My phone running on Android 6.0 build 26.3.A.1.33, it's often problematic in the system ui, crashes app, the performance was not optimal. Is there an update for m4 aqua?

Hello @Mariosamego81 and welcome to the community!

I'd suggest that you do backup your important data, then perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Follow the steps given in the blue link, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

It depends on your phone's model, customization version, and region. Performing a software repair using Xperia Companion will fix those issues you have AND update your phone if there are any available updates.

You can also connect your phone to a PC/Man with Xperia Companion installed and check for updates if you don't want to wipe your phone.
