if the phone doesn't have any google apps then its a chinese version, you will have to flash another firmware or return it.

Hi, i just got my sony Xperia aqua m4 dual, it was the best i chosen from the store and i expected much better from it. The worse thing is tha it doesnt support google play store even if i download from vendors and it has a facebook account as a primary account which i have to register as i start using my phone. So it doesnt have a google exchange account. I tried as i can. I think its the last time to look at sony devices and i will comment and rate poor to the brand

you bought the chinese version of the phone, that's the reason it doesn't have Google apps or services, OR you've bought a used device with a custom ROM.

Tell us, where did you bought this phone?
