Flashlight is locked

Another topic from me.

After restarting the phone, the flashlight icon in status bar is grayed out. So I can't turn on the torch until I go to a camera app or "testing" in "support" and turn on the flashlight there. Same behavior in the SAFE MODE. (Xperia L3). Look to the right: different colors (dark and light grey)

@tomatojam does the same happen if you restart your phone? If yes, I would also recommend safe mode.

It appers only AFTER restarting

I have exactly the same problem, but only since yesterday.
Before , everything worked fine
