Ringtone for Xperia l3

Hi I've tried setting a ringtone on my device it says its set and it plays the little preview, but when someone phones me the ringtone doesn't play it just vibrates and no sound, I've gone through the setting and there isn't anything I can see that'll help, can anyone help me with this.

For God's sake it's not working from firmware issues. Some devices like L3 are still having problems. Do you think this forum is only for idiots and not for die hard fans that know how to change its settings? It doesn't play ringtone (mostly third party ringtones took from internal and sd card memory) while vibrating only for few times then stop playing with the specified ringtone. Please quit fooling around sending stupid and useless tips - at least if you can say about a software incompatibily issue from an app or something (that is still useless as long as other devices have no issues at all no matter how many unknown apps were installed - but still it's something) and much better send these issues to Sony software engineers to check this in a much efficient way.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING EFFICIENT!
