Try to removing and putting back in the cards and close all the slots firmly. Try also to check if the phone become hot in the back. If the phone is warmers than usual in the picket may reach higher temperatures and the system will shut off the phone to avoid damage and hurting the user.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
