Lots of bugs with my sonny xperia C3 Dual

Hi,

My Sony Xperia C3 Dual is not even 4 months old and it started hanging up right on the second day i bought it . i would like to post all the bugs which i face with my mobile.

1. The rear camera shoots pictures as well as videos very badly. It keeps re-focusing continuously and results in blurred videos & pictures.

2. Phone hangs up quite often.

3. Though the mobile is sait to have 1.2 GHz Quadcore processor, its very so ( especially during multitasking).

4. Many installed applications doesn't perform as expected.

5. One of the main annoying problem in my mobile is that , sometimes when i get a call , the screen doesnt show who calls at all , but the ringtone and the notification light blinking is all what can be seen ( the call will not be registered in call log also , leaving me clueless of who had called me )

6. walkman stops often inbetween when listening to songs( many are facing this issue).

7. The songs suddenly stops if i open whatsapp or anyother application.

8. Very poor in multitasking.

9. Its **bleep** slow when using simple applications too.

Overall, this particular model is buying...

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Thommo i had same bugs and did it a twice and nothing fixed
