    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your suggestions, which are "similar" to the advice I received from Sony technical support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried everything but one thing that Sony suggested I hadn't tried and that was to physically unplug the TV for a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Base on their advice but expanding it to incorporate my thoughts (it might be network related, even though the TV said the Internet was OK) I also physically unplugged my Broad band, router and network switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned everything back on and it iPlayer is now working again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So fingers crossed I have now resolved the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your advice I have noted the options you gave in case of future problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>iPlayer will not work on KD-49XG9005</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it was yesterday that iPlayer wouldn't open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We left it overnight (in case it was tired &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.gr/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt; but it still isn't working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this recently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried all the usual tricks, turning off and back on again, but I don't fancy doing a full reset unless I know for certain there is no other way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;- Press Home &amp;gt; LiveTV &amp;amp; CatchUp &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; BBC iPlayer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Make sure that your TV is on the latest update&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
