How to set up the "On timer" to turn on the TV with the last used input?

Hi,

I have a Sony KD55X75WL and I need to set up the On timer to turn the TV on every day at the same time, but I need it to display the same screen that it was displaying when turned off (last used input).

Is that possible to do?

Thanks for the answer, Thalamus.

That's what I've been doing, but the timer app doesn't have the option to add the Internet Browser or the last used input as an input option. It would be great if I could add it there.

Ahh you didn’t mention that you wanted your last used input to be the browser, as you have discovered that isn’t an option..

Yeah, sorry if I wasn't clear.

I can manage to set the TV to turn on already on the browser (last used input), but then it would have to be manually turned off and then on again. Ideally, I would like to combine that with the timer app.
