    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I was watching tv and my screen went all fuzzy and then the tv turned itself off and I couldn’t restart it. Tried all the soft restart and the forced restart with no resolution. The funny thing is this TV had the board changed inder warranty work done on it not so long ago!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
