Sony Bravia and BY TV/Eurosport

Why is it that the Sony Bravia 4K TV's can't use the BT TV app? I have a BT account which should allow me to watch Eurosports but if I try to watch the Eurosports channels I can't unless I use my BT TV box which is in another room. The only options I have is to subscribe to Eurosports or Discovery+ but that defeats the object as I get Eurosports included with BT. It's infuriating that modern Android TV cannot use the BT TV app, or that I can't login to Eurosports using my BT ID. Whatever I try the TV will not play Eurosports unless I subscribe.

Hi @frankmott. I have an X90J and I can use the BT TV app with no issues. I don't believe it includes Eurosport, which is an issue you should talk to BT about if you think it's wrong, but the app itself works.

Have you tried the app on an android phone, if you have one, so see if it works differently there?
