Black horizontal line on Bravia xbr-65x850e

Black horizontal line just appeared on TV about 3/4 down from the top. Appears light to dark from left to right and is on every input. Tried unplugging, restarting and nothing gets rid of it. On the Asia Pacific forum there is a known issue and Sony was replacing TVs or refunding monies for the same issue. Any ideas?

Have you tried resetting the TV?

What country are you in / where did you purchase it from?

That model is not available here.

@Hewey014, it seems to be a non-European model, have you reached out the US support to check it with them?
