Netflix picture jumpy when UHD

I have a KD-43XF7073 tv. I am finding when I stream Netflix programs that are in UHD the image is jittery and the sound corrupted. It is fine when it is lower quality programs. I tried disabling 'Film' mode and also Motionflow, but it doesn't solve the problem. All suggestion gratefully received!

Hey @Tcookqv, try to refresh internet content by pressing Settings - System Settings - Setup - Network - Refresh Internet Content. Hope that helps!

Hey @Tcookqv, which software is currently installed on your TV? make sure it is the v8.909.

Piscie, Yes, that is the software version that is installed. I also had it check if there was a new version available and it reported it has the latest installed.

@Tcookqv, does it happen with Netflix only? I'd recommend connecting your TV to any different source of internet such as your Hotspot connectivity just to check if the issue is internet related or not.

Hi, Yes, only with Netflix and only when it is high definition 4K format. It is fine when using the standard picture format

Hi Piscie, sorry for taking to long to come back. I switched to using the mobile hotspot off my phone the the jumpy / jitter on the picture stopped, (the sound was a bit out of sync with the picture, but I guess that's a different issue). I then switched back to using the house wifi, and the jittery picture returned. Any ideas why this is happening and what to do to address it? It only seems to happen with 4K HD. Thanks

Hi, just replied to Piscie. Switch to the mobile and it stopped, when back to the house wifi, and it did it again. I hope someone can suggest a solution.

Hey Tcookqv, that mainly means it's an internet issue, contact your ISP and let them know.
