KD-A165 Dolby vision is disgusting, how do i turn it off ??

As per my title

software was updated just the other day

now i get this BS dolby vision junk

i cant watch netflix

i cant watch disney +

when watching this the pic is very dim with dolby vision on

im watching apps built into the tv do through the action menu - picture

menu i get no option to turn this junk off

SONY how do i do this

i cannot watch the tv like this

its very dark

if i pause a stream it becomes very bright

id like this fixing

my tv was fine before i did this update last week !!
