For a while since i bought in September 2020 and now also on my mothers tv as of past 2 weeks as she bought same tv as mine, Youview has a bug with the info banner thats on the bottom of the screen.

When i change channel lets say i go to bbc 1 (channel 101) and the news is on, after id turn tv off, the next day when i start the tv and choose lets say e4 (channel 13) it will show in the info banner that the bbc new is on, basically its showing the last thing i watched the next time i turn on the tv, even if i stay on bbc 1 the next day it still shows the bug. It does this with any channel i watch.

Now my mother bought this tv 2 weeks ago and it has the same bug so its either sony or youview bug, i did a clean factory reset and it didnt help, hope this annoying bug can be looked into please.

Do you have the latest software version installed on your TV?

Hey, yes i have the latest that added apple tv app and other fixes.

However this can be closed now as i noticed 2 days ago youview itself updated and added way to edit/hide channels (at last) and they did few other tweaks and bug fixes and it seems this bug i mention is now fixed, thats been 2 mornings i woke up put tv on and it shown correctly so seems its now fixed.
