Sony KD-55AF8 needs tuning every day

My KD-55AF8 has to be retuned almost daily, is there any reason this keeps happening.

This is a basic thing to try and you may have already tried it, but it's worth mentioning; Have you tried disconnecting everything from the back of the TV (including the aerial/satellite cable of course) and unplugging the TV from the wall to depower the set for a few minutes then try turning it on again?

Thanks for your reply, I tried your suggestions but still having to retune most days. I looked at the digital tuning settings and found a setting that scans the TV channels to make sure they locked in I assume. I have turned off the setting, so far so good.

Sounds great. If the issue happens again, you can try tuning the channels with no antenna connected to clear the TV and the retune normally with the antenna again. I found that to fix most reception issues.
