Hi,

I've just recently purchased an xh91. The picture is fantastic. HDMI 2.1 capability which is great for future gaming.

However while playing FIFA 21 on the Xbox, during fast paced moments of the games there is a blur on the players as they move, the colours smear etc.

I've tried alot of things, HDR on, off, game mode on, off, motion on, off etc.... I can't seem to fix it.

Has anyone experienced this that could provide guidance please as to how to fix the issue?

Hi Roy_NI,

Not sure if this is what you meant by motion, but the TV has a built-in Motionflow feature you can try turning Off. Making sure the game doesn't have any motion blur option turned On is also a good thing to check (not a FIFA player personally, so not sure if there is one here).

Finally, make sure you have Enhanced format enabled for the port you have the xbox in (under Settings - Watching TV - External Inputs - HDMI Signal Format).

PS: Make sure you're on the latest software version before trying these steps (v6.4960).

2nd PS (xD): I don't think this model has any of the HDMI 2.1 features, I think it was the XH90/92, so unless you accidentally typed 1 instead of 2, you're out of luck there unfortunately.

- JD
