I have recently purchased a KDL-55W755C Android TV and the issue I have is with Amazon Instant Video. Whenever I try and logon I get an error message saying Username/Password incorrect, however I know it is correct.

I've contacted Amazon who are no help and first told me how to get a registration code for a Smart TV and then told me the TV wasn't compatable. I contacted Sony who told me to setup a Photo Album Online, which would give me the registration code, but again this only works on Smart TVs.

Anyone know why I'm unable to logon?

Ok, lets back up a little for your case. You do have a Smart TV. Can you confirm that it is connected to your home network and that other internet apps work ok - such as iPlayer and YouTube?

Netflix works fine, Youtube works fine, both apps which obviously require internet. I refer to "Smart" and "Android" separetly due to the instructions I received from both Sony and Amazon which would only help if the TV was Smart and does not help for Android. These instructions told me to activate enhanced features which would result in a registration code.

Ahh i see

Can you ensure you are on the latest firmware and then reset the TV back to factory default as this can clear many issues.
