Do you have the latest software version installed on your TV?

i've checked that i've got the latest software update..not been able to view 5on d..also 3 and 4 on d never

google play store trying to update 4ond..not enough memory therefore crashes

sony bravia kdl 50w829b april 2014..i believe this is non-android

any fix possible?

Have you tried refreshing the apps (Settings - Network - Refresh Internet Content)?
