YouView Guide no longer appears and unable to change TV channels

Very odd:

1. pressing 'Guide' on my remote opens live TV but the guide no longer appears.

2. pressing channel up or down, no longer changes channel.

No idea what is causing this. I have to reboot/restart the TV to fix it.

Anyone observed this before? Seemed to start happening after the latest software update.

Not sure on the root cause but I've managed to resolve this via 'Settings/Storage & Rest/Clear Cached Data' which was at 2.4GB. I then restarted the TV and I can now access the guide and change channels.
