Unable to Update my Bravia Tv Model Kd-55x8505c

Everytime i tried to update my tv Kd-55x8505c to the newer version the Tv display error "2123" using the lan network so i tried to do update it via usb today and it also failed "once the Tv read the Usb it turn off and back on with no response" i check the comunity for solutions and did two copies of the update but still the Tv didnot respond!!

the current version of my Tv is PKG2.287.001EUB

Does it cut off after a certain percentage?

No it cuts off from the start

as soon as the progress bar apears "after inserting the USB" it last for less than few seconds then the TV resets with no change in firmware...
