Wrong picture size AirPlay 2

Hello, I have AG9 television and a few days ago I started using airplay for the first time. I have a strange issue with streaming from iPhone xs to tv. Almost every time, the picture size is wrong. Its occur almost on the first connection and when is played next episode too. As you can see an example of Teheran show. The picture is sized almost 4 times.

All software are up to date.

Do you have some advice about how to solve?

Have you tried clearing the cached data (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) and updating to the latest software version?

i tried clearing cached data and problems still occurs. And yes, I have all applications up to dates.

Have you tried using a different phone to cast to the same TV, or the same phone with a different TV?

Tried iphone and ipad with same results.

I can not try on different tv, because I not have access to any other device with AirPlay2.

Hi Adam

Can you press the Action Menu button while using AirPlay2 and check if you can change the picture size? If you can't, I'd say this limitation is related to AirPlay
