Rakuten film not streaming

I have a Sony Bravia KDL43WF663 LED HDR. It has the Rakuten app and I watch see all trailers but get an error message when I try to watch a movie I’ve Purchased. Is this an issue with the TV or the app?

I assume it plays OK on a phone or computer, the it's the app. You could try logging out and back in again, or clear the cache for the Rakuten app.
