    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.sony.gr/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/956971563"&gt;@TV_watcher&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go back to initial setup and repeat it, this time accepting the Sony T&amp;amp;Cs and any other elements of the usage conditions individually, rather than selecting the blanket ‘Yes’.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a bug with the blanket acceptance which means that the TV thinks some of the conditions haven’t been accepted, and so inhibits these two players.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not that this will necessarily fix it; you also need to have tuned in Channels 3 and 4 on a terrestrial aerial, not be in Scotland (for itv, where STV replaces it there), and to have both the TV and the service providers operating properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it does need the setup steps described, or even with everything else correct, it won’t work properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why when attempting to watch programs do I get past the adverts and then everything turns to a row of walking dots, at least that is better than the message " Whoops! whats going on here it looks like there is a problem playing your video. That I used to get. This is on a KD43XG8305&lt;/P&gt;</description>
