Hi guys am a newbie on this forum and experiencing a problem with the recent software down load for my new 55" 85c tv,sometimes when trying to switch tv off it freezes up anf

d won't switch off,I have to switch main power off.Has any other person experienced this problem?

As you are experiencing issues after a firmware update, it is advisable to do a factory reset. This can clear many random or weird 'gremlins'. See instructions: HERE

No, the firmware will stay. Any customised settings will be reset though. You would need to re-setup the tv again.

I am today experiencing another gremlin in the latest fw download.when watching tv notice comes up that there is no internet connection and then there is a net connection this keeps coming on every so often and is rather annoying.Does anybody else have this problem?
