    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear forum,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking for some guidance please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a new Sont Android TV KD43XG8196&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At least once a day the tv becomes unresponsive resulting in me needed to pull the power cable out the back and then plug back in (after 5 mins), which causes a reboot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really frustrating. It also seems to constantly drop internet "No internet connection", "internet connection found" - this is despite it being hard connected via Ethernet to a sky router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unstable internet connection may lead also to the other problems...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
