Connected but no internet

My tv says it’s connecting but no internet. Date and time set up correctly. I am loosing it now and have no idea where to go for help. I have re set tv re set the router , unplug all cables no success

How are you connected WiFi or Ethernet?

I am not an expert but I also had a problem with WiFi dropping out but have now been able to connect tv to router via Ethernet are you confident to go into router and disable ipv6 in LAN settings this may help?

Sorted. I had to manually change all the WiFi setting including ip and gateways. I copied them from my iPhone WiFi settings and it worked

Great I am glad you found a solution I did find that when I did this on Ethernet it only let me watch a movie for about 15 minutes and it dropped out hence why I went down the disabling the IPV6 on the router LAN fingers crossed .
