KDL-50W755C Bravia Installation with stand difficult

Dear anyone,

I bought yesterday a new Sony Bravia but already installing it with the stand (the curbed iron bar provided) has turned out to be difficult. I do not seem to be able to do that in a stable and steady manner. The guides provided by Sony do not address this issue.

Would anyone be able to help, please?
