KD-55XF8096 slow motion movement on tv playback camera changes -50hz content

My KD-55XF8096 has a problem when a camera angle changes during watching programmes (especially BBC one) through a SKY HD box there is a slow motion like movement for a second before picture corrects itself and continues. Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this? I've tried with motion plus on and off with no improvement.

this dont seem to happen on Netflix and programmes and channels with better quality picture than BBC.

Any ideas? Plus when is this update coming for our tv's SONY ! Hoping this will fix my problem if not TV going back.
