Can’t get iPlayer from Home button

When I try to use Home button to go to AllApps, I Get to Photo Sharing App. When selecting AllApps. Most frustrating. Any ideas on how to delete Photo? Spent hours manouvering through menus with no luck. I see from web search the Bravia Home button has been a problem for some years. This will influence my next tv purchase.

Hi @donaldac What is the model number of your TV? You should note that this is a customer to customer community so nobody cares what will influence your next TV purchase

From your post I am a bit confused, you seem to have two issues, one with the iPlayer not appearing in the Home menu, this can happen if you have disabled Sony Shelf / Sony Select.

If you want to do that but still have the icons for the players you need to install a third party APK to add the icons back.

If you do a google seatch for "github" "hoshsadiq" "atv" you will be able to find the apk's to install the player launchers. Download these, put them on a USB stick, install a file explorer from the store on the TV (FX Explorer is fine) . You can then install them from the USB drive. You will also need to allow unknown sources to install these.
