Does KD55X8509C support Youtube 4K (v9 codec)?

Does anyone know if KD55X8509C supports YT in 4K directly from Android TV?

I'm wondering if i can watch YT 4k content using YT app on android TV.

Please let me know - this determines if I will buy this TV.

I have exact this model of TV. There comes pre-installed YT app on this TV and you can watch 4K YT content using this app. To be honest, I do not know what does it mean "v9 codec" ... but I hope I helped you (to decide to buy this great TV).

Thanks a lot! So greate, no need to buy expensive PC to watach YT 4K.

Do you know also if Netflix can be watched in 4K using Netflix App?

PS: v9 codec is codec used by Google for YT 4K (unfortunately); some smart 4K TVs do not support it (you can have 4K TV, but 1080p is max what you can see using YT app, due to no v9 support).

Yes, you can watch 4K using Netflix app (also pre-instaled). There is not much to watch in 4K but few movies and Netflix original series (at least in my country, because (as I know) Netflix content is not same in every region/country). Maybe is just up to me but I did not find anything special interesting in 4K...
