Picture regular goes black whilst sound switches from stereo 3840x2160p on my KD-55XE9055

Can anyone help please ? My KD-55XE9055 TV screen regularly freezes and goes black whilst the sound input changes from “stereo 3840 x 2160 to Dolby and vice versa whilst on HDMI 1 input.

The TV is also connected to a Sony HT-CT390 sound bar and a Virgin TIVo box

Any advice would be appreciated
