    <description>&lt;P&gt;Freeview or &lt;STRONG&gt;You&lt;/STRONG&gt;View?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a known current problem with the YouView EPG, but as far as I know, this does not affect the Freeview side of these sets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, clearing the cache for the YouView app works, for a while anyway; sometimes you need a full Factory Reset to get some temporary respite; and sometimes even that doesn’t work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But a software update to solve this is to be hoped for in the near(?) future.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m new here and this stupid problem is driving me mad. &amp;nbsp;When I first had the tv it worked fine but now the FREEVIEW is periodically coming up “Information not available” BBC1 and BB2 are the worse. &amp;nbsp;The times of the programs are all wrong, it is now 18.00 but the FREEVIEW channels are stating 9.15 am with the next program starting at 8 pm can anyone help please. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
