I’m new here and this stupid problem is driving me mad. When I first had the tv it worked fine but now the FREEVIEW is periodically coming up “Information not available” BBC1 and BB2 are the worse. The times of the programs are all wrong, it is now 18.00 but the FREEVIEW channels are stating 9.15 am with the next program starting at 8 pm can anyone help please.

Have you checked what time your tv is showing?

Freeview or YouView?

There is a known current problem with the YouView EPG, but as far as I know, this does not affect the Freeview side of these sets.

Sometimes, clearing the cache for the YouView app works, for a while anyway; sometimes you need a full Factory Reset to get some temporary respite; and sometimes even that doesn’t work.

But a software update to solve this is to be hoped for in the near(?) future.
