Favourites resetting themselves

I have a sony KDL-43W809C. The issue I keep having is that whenever I set up some favourites they disapear after a few days.

Software version is PKG3.179.0100EUA

Can anyone help with this?

Yes its the favourites for the satellite channels that keep disappearing.
