I been unable to use this tv for 2 years. It wouldnt respond to anything. I did the factory reset but pressing the volumn down and power button. It showed the android guy. It rebooted but now its like a greyest color screen and the welcome menue never comes on just sound and the greyest screen. Could anyone give me any advice. Thanks
