Hi,

Since I've updated on the latest software Oreo Android 8.0 on my A1 oled the brightness switch on intense automatically after some minute... Any clue why

exemple I put image on sport and after some minute it go to Intense

Hi Xenaseth,

That's strange. Have you tried restarting the TV or a factory reset? Usually recommended after a major software update to iron out any glitches.

I am curious though, does this happen on a specific input like HDMI or all the inputs?

it seems like you have activated shop mode, check it and in case de-activate
