I hope Sony will get back to me logged the case under case number available on request to SONY ... I just can't wait for a response literally so upset...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do the lines appear even if you disconnect all external devices?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Noel,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know it may not make sense to you, but the bottom left corner of the screen shows an anomaly that is always a sign of physical damage. It may not be clear what really happened but there must have been some sort of impact.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should still be able to contact a service centre near you to have the TV inspected for more confirmation, although that's probably going to cost you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Win_88&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
