KDL-40WD650 report 2123 error

I can use youtube apps the first time,and it worked all yesterday, I was happy.

but today it always report "a network error has occurred<2123>" ,and I can't fix it,even tried to do 'factory reset' and updated the firmware to 8.216 (original 8.213).

my TV connect my router with cable. I tried to test network with my laptops both via calbe and wireless, visiting youtube well. I even tried to connect my TV to my iphone,using vodafon's 4G network, but with no luck, I got the same error code 2123.

who can give me a hand?
