I lost power to my Sony Bravia KDL-55W809C TV, but when power was restored the television kept rebooting I have tried factory restore, but the problem still exists. Please advise.

Have you tried the hard switch off. Hold the power button for at least 5 seconds. Your TV should restart.

Thanks for your suggestion, but I've tried that as well as holding down the power button and the - ve volume button until the led turns to green, but all to no avail. I've sent a message to Sony, but I am still waiting for a reply.
