KD43XF8796BU can't find channels

Afternoon all. I've just purchased a KD43XF8796BU and I'm having difficulty (no success at all) in finding any channels using the cable from our external aerial. I have a youview box we can use instead but I'd like to ideally configure the tv properly. The search takes around 5-10 minutes and continually yields no results. Thanks in advance

Are you using the same aerial cable that the YouView box successfully works off?

If not, try temporarily pulling that off the YouView box and plugging it into the TV, and try again to tune the TV.
