I recently bought a Sony Bravia kd43xe8004 for my Xbox one X because it is supposedly HDR, however when setting up my Xbox it says my TV doesn’t support HDR 10, can someone explain why this is?

Hi @Destroy_unit_20,

Try using only HDMI 2 or 3 on the TV. Then also make sure that Enhanced Mode is set to Enabled for the HDMI inputs under HOME > SETTINGS > EXTERNAL INPUTS
