the ' TV ' button on the remote dosn't bring me to tv ( HDMI 1 )

it brings me to google play store trailers . very annoying .

ive seen topics saying go to settings.external inputs . change button layout

my tv dosnt have the remote layout in external inputs

2018 models change the role of the TV button. It is primarily meant for switching to the integrated tuners and bringing up the TV menu while in live TV. You probably haven't set that up in which case it does something related to Google Play. The button cannot be overriden anymore like in the previous years.

I also have another 2018 model 43xf7596 in another room .

However The tv button on that remote brings me to the HDMI tv channels .

I might try factory reset my 65 and skip the tuner setup hopefully that works
