    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I launch the App, I try to watch some content and can get up to the point of pressing "play" or "resume" in the Amazon Prime Video App itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But then I get an error, which says "unknown_error"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i've tried to contact Amazon Video support and they havent helped solve my problem. The TV is registered on &lt;A href="https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com&lt;/A&gt; but it says "This device is unable to access partner Premium Services because it has already been activated by another account"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So Im unsure where to go next? Anyone have this issue and manage to resolve it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rob&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First couple of steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Ensure that you have the latest firmware installed. &amp;nbsp;You should be on version 3.395 now&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Perform a factory reset of the TV. &amp;nbsp;Can clear many issues. &amp;nbsp;See &lt;A href="http://sony-eur-eu-en-web--eur.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/66442/kw/" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for instructions.&lt;/LI&gt;
