Sony xe930 wont update

Hey guys, I have a xe930 (x930e) and it won't automatically update to the latest dolby update, nor will it update via USB. When I plug the USB in es file explorer asks to open it. If I explore the usb it cannot find the .Pkg

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Siberpir8. You could try inserting the USB and then perform a soft reboot (hold down the remote power key for 20 seconds until it starts to reboot).
