2 x Free 4K Movies with Google Movies not showing?

I see there is a new offer for 2 x 4K movies. I had a X850 2017 TV that I redeemed a 4k movie with when it was on last year. In January I purchased a X900E, as this is a new purchase I should be eligible for the offer?

Why is this not showing in Google Play?
