Sony Bravia KD-55XE8577 stuck with just sound and no picture

Hi y'all!

My TV (Sony Bravia KD-55XE8577) just plays sounds and doesn't display any picture. I was suspecting that my wife turned Picture off mode by accident, and because I didn't know how to revert that, I have tried to reset it, which didn't have any effect on mine problem. After that, I just can hear the "elevator music" which is probably played while waiting for some of my actions.

To be honest, I'm not quite sure that I have performed reset adequately:
1. unplug AC power cord
2. press volume down and power button on the TV
3. plug in the power cord back
4. wait until led light turns green

It seems to me that LED Panel works fine. It is visible the dark room that it glows properly, I have tried to illuminate the back of the tv with LED light to check could I see picture on it, so I assume that problem isn't in hardware.

btw, TV is 2 months old and I have a warranty, but I just feel that this is some minor issue.

Welcome to the community

With the TV on, try to press on the remote the power button for about 5+ seconds..

The TV will reboot, and see if works for You.

I tried that before I tried the "Reset" steps I have mentioned in my original post. That doesn't help at all with the problem.
